Just put your head down and go all out to get the maximum atar possible with those ranks. Improvements need to made, execute on your mistakes and keep moving forward, don't look back. As long as you smash the HSC, an atar as high as that should be reachable, you're not exactly that low ranked for 90 to be unreachable. For subjects like 2U, senior science and PDHPE, a band 6 seems very doable. English can drag you down a lot if you neglect it. B5 Eng, B5 physics, B6 2U, Senior and PDHPE, should get you a +90.
