Got an atar of 59.50 and my atar cut-off for Bachelor of Information and Communications Technology for WSU said 65.50 - i'm getting an extra 10 bonus points but they recently sent me an e-mail saying the atar cut-off for this year is now 75...

Is it still possible to get accepted in the first offer rounds that comes on the 21st December?

yes, they'll accept you lol. I know someone who got 32 and got an offer from western.

Maybe not the first offer round but it is likely that you'll get in in the next round.
