Gernal rainforest river atmosphere.

the crunch of gravel in the driveway.
I was doing sound effects for a show once, and was looking through the footsteps section. There were hundreds of, based on shoe, intensity, surface etc. There must have been at least 20 or so footsteps on gravel driveway.

The sound of wind through the trees and running water while floating down the river.
Ticking clocks and the soft beep of a phone off the hook.

-The sound of those birds that start chirping really early in the morning. If you've just come out of a nightclub, and you hear those birds, you know its morning. I love that sound :)
-A referee's whistle
-Trees/leaves blowing in the wind
-That 'pop' sound when you open a jar of something
-Oceans

The revolutions per minute range...

No I don't know that road. I drove to bathurst for the first time a few weeks back, bells line is the best drive, ~200km's of continuous, winding road with no traffic. I was in mums imprezza but it was raining.
I'm driving it again tomorrow in that great toyota rwd sportscar I own, yeah.
