USYD judges each student personally, but here is the UNSW table: http://www.unsw.edu.au/sites/default/files/documents/EAP Achievements Table 2011_0.pdf I don't know what All schools is, but the table should help.

You've got awhile till your HSC so I wouldn't worry about this at the moment.
