Hey

just wondering how u guys are goin in 4U at the moment and ur marks for assessments so far.

These are mine:

1st Assessment: 78%
2nd Assessment: 68%
Half Yearly: 57%

*ps: does anyone else notice a trend in my marks...

geez come the HSC your mark might be up to about a 30%..... which will scale to a 99%!! yes, E4 for you, young jono1887! jks! your results are REFRESHING, however- as i am instilled with a sense of insecurity when i see forum locals saying that they were disheartened with a mark below 70 etc etc.

misc!: 70%
recent half yearly: a mark that i will see, and decide to hide in nearest book
im either 3rd/4th out of 5 because my fwend weft me

hey guys, for you're reports do you get the mark from the exam or overall.. because i came 1st in my 1st assessment and im not 2 sure with the half yearly i might get a 2nd... what do you think

For us, we get a half-course and half-yearly mark/rank. Depends on how the others in your class went, but you probably do have a high change of getting a high rank.

Hey congrats man i saw ur marks on an other thread. Out of curiosity how many pplz do 4u in ur school?

Anyway, your tests are likely to be much much much tougher than mine so obviously with those descending marks, you are about to get E4.

I have 3 so far. Not sure about the first one, 90 something. 2nd: 100. 3rd: 99. Currently coming 1st but not so proud. The tests are bloody easy so basically I'm frantic now. I'm so scared I'm going to fail in the HSC. (

Just try to rank as high as you can (like 1st or 2nd), or otherwise you might be pulled down. Also, don't feel bad if you got a bad mark, as long as you are ranked really high in the class. Then you can work harder for the real HSC. Just as an example, I got 84/120 for my trial (just totally screwed it up), but I ended up with 98 exam mark and overall mark of 97 for HSC.

im ranked about 11/70 and my marks were 61% and 97% for my assessments

Second assesment - 93% (1st/4)

first assessment task -75%, which was 13th of 26
Half yearly -71%, which was 6th, top mark was 81%, one of the teachers teaching 4unit struggled with the last question, it was a crazy test

1st task: 14/30 (it was hard)
half yearly: 57/70 I'm really happy with this

We only have 3 assessments for HSC 4 unit. It seems other schools have alot more anyway as for how im going so far....

Class test on Complex Numbers (non assessed) 23/30 - 1st
Half Yearly (assessed - 35%) 52/60 1st

First was 88%, third was 71%, there are only three students.

He is an ABSOLUTE FREAK!!!

He is definitely living up to his brother's expectation!!! I am so happy that I am not competing against that guy in 2 Unit.
