i found out today that these melbourne schoolkids only rampaged in the streets AFTER they all got suspended for the ballgame. which makes a whole lot more sense now. media said they just randomly rampaged which caused the suspension. it's the other way around.

Depending on what highschool you attend, you have to pay for the subjects you choose, ie. Photography = Use of photography material, therefore you have to pay for the material used so the school can get more. This may come under "General Maintenence Fees".
