i would like english if it was abt learning english... what to look out for in books

past tense, present tense, sentence structure, how to write things in ur own words, how to make sense, how to get the message accross etc.


I just despise the analysing part, it is soooo useless

yess. I feel like if teachers just spoon fed us with all the info, exactly how to answer the quesiton and gave us exact analysis I would be thriving. I lowkey want my old English teacher back cause he would basically analyse for us whereas my current teacher just yaps about random themes and stuff that's happening/ what she wants us to be aware of but she expects us to do our analysis on our own.

but lowkey my marks were better with my old teacher even tho this teacher is supposed to be better. Idk maybe different teachers work for different people.
