No (i dont think so) but my skls giving out a ‘private subject selection’ speech thingy for parents next week (w the reports)

Asian 5: Combination of 4u math 2u English Chem/ Phy or Chem/bio ( Trust me I didnt know what that was until I joined bos asw imao)

It specifically needs to be 4u, 3u, engadv, chem and phys for it to be called Asian 5, since the whole point of giving it the name to begin with was to save time since half of all selective school students are doing those exact 5. If you were doing chem & bio you'd normally say "I'm doing A5 but bio instead of phys". By the way, anyone who does an unmodified A5 is a boring person straight up, and the "A5 supremacy" lauded on these forums is complete rubbish. People claim its "the most optimal", because you've got all top tier scalar quantitative subjects but even thats a bit debatable because eco and latin are higher scalars than phys, and whilst phys does scale better than bio/ipt/sdd its close to being neglible on the high end and the amount of work you need to put in to receive a comparable mark is far lower for the latter two subjects than it is for phys. real alpha males replace physics with modern history and take the scaling hit because history is cool and you can cram .

You claim that a person who does Asian 5 is a "boring person straight up"? What a rubbish opinion to have for your old age. Personally I never knew what the fuck Asian 5 was until this forum, and in no way someone subject selections entitle you to belittle them. Personally I'll choose to pursue something similar to that in Year 12 due to me not being the utmost best in english but still good enough to go a bit higher. Excelling at maths, and wanting Physics for aviation/engineering and wanting Chemistry just incase I want to pursue something medical. Would you call be a "boring person straight up"? Honestly, your opinion will never matter anyways because you should let people do what they want to, and not everyone's cognitive functions are aligned to yours. Some may want better scaling, some may want easier subjects, but no matter there is something is someone elses head that you do not know about which is their reason.

Not many people care about scaling and whatever shit you do man, don't be that person who thinks their views are above everyone else. It's not a good title to carry around.

i know no one asked but wth guys why r private schools completely different
like paying so much money for what i dont regret leaving my selective school but i think im js overthinking it..
its rlly weird cos im the only brown person there and everyone is white and they r nice but like i get quiet when i was sitting with a group during recess n luch cos they were talking about stuff that they only knew but i think its js me overthkinig it guys help what do i do how do i get a proper friendgouroup and get people to like me

There's a pretty big difference. Its like standard English to Advanced English, but slightly higher.
Music 2 isn't offered at my school even though I want and can choose it T-T
