guys to add to this bad day I did bad in eng too and my teacher is going on long service leave so if I'm def gonna end up with a worse eng teacher and I'm gonna fail. How can this day become worse

this is the worst day ever. I got 3 exam back to back and one I've already done trash in. I prob didn't get the job cause my friend with barista skills got into it, the social media ban might lock me out and I prob failed eng

if i overcompensate in my other subjects will it be enough to redeem the fact im terrible at english??

I mean yeah if that’s ur last resort and u are hopeless at Eng then yeah. But for me I flopped all my assessments except SOR even tho I put the least effort into that subject so I can’t even rely on other subjects to compensate for Eng

guys is it just me or is it whenever I put less effort I end up getting a better mark than when I try. It doesn't make sense and maybe it's my sign to stop trying cause I do so much better when I don't

ive heard so many stories of people flopping high school and excelling in uni. and also the opposite, like people who did really well in high school found uni difficult
so i think uni may be too different to make that conclusion and hey, a lot can happen in a year

Why have you DECIDED that you are terrible at ENGLISH? Who told you so? You hold the power! Just a DECIDE right NOW that you are in the process of mastering your ENGLISH. Nothing is finalised UNTIL you DECIDE it is!!!! This is your REALITY! BE the IDENTITY of an ENGLISH high achiever! YOU will be amazed at what will be delivered to you as in resources, networks, people to make this happen!

Why don't you DECIDE that you DON'T need all these extras to be accepted for early entry? What if your presence is enough. These institutions are businesses - they NEED you to operate them! You are more than ENOUGH just BEING you! Why don't you put a letter in of your proposed contribution to the institution with your current gifts and talents - how you are going to connect others with what you have learned to date in your school journey?
