THIS WEEKS STUDY PLAN

BUSINESS STUDIES
- look over and update notes in preparation for upcoming exam
- start doing hsc questions for finance and hr to prep for exam

PDHPE
- study notes on sports medicine
- write at least 3 practice responses for the exam

ENGLISH
- complete discursive and imaginative text + reflections for teacher by Wednesday
- re read atlwcs

MATHS
- complete MIF and Cambridge exercise for bivariate data
- complete rev worksheets given by tutor

BIOLOGY
- look over module 8 notes
- do hw worksheets + some practice questions


PLS REMIND ME AND PRESSURE THE SHIT OUT OF ME

literally how do you guys work up the courage to get out of bed, sit at your desk and do genuine work. like. it doesn't work that way for me. its like i have ADHD paralysis (not that im claiming to have ADHD, I just suffer with this exact thing) where I KNOW i have to do it but my brain literally won't let me like I can't. HOW????????:frown2:

like I see all of your guys' study plans for the day/week and im like that could NEVER be me i hate this

I literally deleted all social media. I was averaging like 6 hours a day and realised how fried my brain was. Now it's like if im not scrolling might aswell get up and do something so im not bored out of my mind. Like honestly instead of studying today I read a whole ass book but at the end of the day thats more beneficial than using that time to scroll on TikTok. :guitar: :angel::caffeine::hippie:

I just force my friends to talk to me via messages. I still have YouTube but decided to turn off the comments so im using the platform solely for the purpose of watching videos.

You should download SelfControl app on mac it blocks all websites when you set the timer and you can't go back and change until it runs out.

My tutor is good but his ideas for an argument are so different but we will try :///
