as long as those 5 hours were efficient study (no, i'm not referring to fb or YT or any of this BS), then you should be ok :)

i have a crapload of stuff to do these hols, that is all lol
I've banned myself from fb and yt, just bos coz it's the most relevant to study? :haha:
When I study I concentrate really hard on what's in front of me, but whenever I get distracted (e.g. mum asks me to do something) I literally just forget what i was doing/where I was. Sometimes I even forget I was trying to study in the first place and so I have really long lapses/breaks in between things

I have so much to do too but the only thing I can do is keep grinding

tbh, if you have short and long term goals, you'll be surprised at how much you can accomplish within little time haha

it's what i've adhered to ever since hols started
i over-assign tasks for the day. Then something comes up. Today i had to go out then return home to fix some stuff up but left uncompleted tasks for tomorrow : (

Thoughts on my 'holiday' plan?
- Note - I've compiled all of my notes for trials in a binder

Week 1:
- Ancient, Legal, Business, CAFS, SOR: Read through notes and summarise each dot point (main arguments) onto post-it notes on the blank columns on either side of my notes, do flashcards for topics that need focus on vocab (Quizlet) and mindmaps for extensive topics that need further summarising.
- English: Stick TEE tables for every topic/analysis I've done on bedroom wall and memorise every morning and night

Week 2:
- Do a past paper a day for each subject OR section past papers into topics and do a topic for each subject a day (ie. Term 4, 2014: Operations, Human Rights, Pompeii and Herculaneum, Religion Post-1945 etc.)

:read:

All English Modules including AOS sucks deep fried octopus balls.
lol, not to be patronising, but your view of hsc english is limited since you're only in prelim :p

so you can't really say anything until you've experienced year 12 english yourself haha

Everything is wrong with mod b, there is nothing right about it.
pls elaborate and justify why :)

Discovery is 100% easier than belonging IMO. Discovery is everywhere, you can just make stuff up on the spot easily.

Mod C however... I'm doing politics and people - seriously so horrible.

I have my English trials in week 3 and am attempting to ignore them right now.
Haha what is the Motorcycle Diaries? Hamlet? Nah.

The rest of my trials are in week :3
Here's my plan for the holidays:
Bio- Finish Blueprint of Life notes (my last topic) then finishing typing notes. Begin past papers
SOR- Notes + rote Paul essay for week 3 in class assessment
Ancient- Notes + rote Augustan reforms essay for assessment week 2
Mathematics- Revise Prelim + past papers
Modern- Past papers + finalise notes

To be honest I'm just trying to keep my head above water.
