- The reason could be the quality of your sleep e.g. sleeping position, whether you're exposed to technology 1 hour before your sleep, etc. Otherwise, increasing sleeping time by 1 hour could work.
- Do you tend to be more tired at the start or at the end?
--> If you're tired in the morning but start to recover by the end of the day, must be the early morning class.
--> If you get increasingly tired, must be the long day.
I'll try and get to bed earlier I guess. I usually sleep like a log, so I dunno if it my sleep quality.
I'm usually tired all throughout the day, but it gets worse as the day goes on. Right now I'm just..dead.

You sleep like a log, but do you sleep too much?

Sleeping too much can have the opposing effect of a good sleep.

HALP! I'm always so tired and I don't know why. I try to get at least 7 hours of sleep every night, yet at school I still get so sleepy. I find it so hard to focus when that happens :c is it my early 8am classes? The long days? I can't figure it out. I'm fearing tomorrow as I have an 8 period day from 8am to 4pm.
Possible lack of exercise? You may need more sleep?

I've been sleeping heaps while getting my work done at the same time lol
I think you should sleep more because feeling refreshed actually helps with productivity, leading to completing work in shorter amounts of time and allowing for more sleep and better health. On the other hand: crap sleep -> can't work properly -> stay up late to finish work -> fked

In other words, try to fix your sleep

I don't think you should bash yourself for being unproductive when you're sick lol. Just concentrate on getting better :) Get well soon~

Yeah take it easy rawliongirl. My brother had tonsillitis for trails when he did the HSC, poor thing.... And it didn't set him back. Still got killer marks.
