You can dicuss any aspect of the syllabus. Make an argument on how effective the law is in dealing with crimes.

You can turn this question into a young offenders question easy

that is actually one of the outcomes- located at the top of your syllabus so yea powlmao is right you can adopt it into many things.

It said explain. Hence you can talk about anything. Really you can pick your own essay with this question (within boundaries)

You can talk about how non and legal response help in achieving justice whilst it also sought by the commun ity to be bad

Ensure that you at least mention a argument. Even if at the end of the paragraph you add howevre this does not match community values
