Yeah so....a quirk?

I was talking on the phone with a mate at 11:50pm tonight when my train of thought went onto when I was working next.

I then realised I was working tonight at 12am, at the AIC.

Ha. I got here 5 mins late.

Pretty much the quickest turn around i've had so far from not realising i'm working, to actually getting to work.
Wow, you're really shit. :p

Lol Sandie, sometimes if I'm not entirely sure I'm happy with a top, I try it on again at home with the tags still on and I think 'Yeh, that looks fine, I'll keep it' and then I go about my business and then realise quite a while later that the tag is still on. Thankfully I've not left the house with it yet. Sometimes you can't even tell but other times you can see a rectangle under the shirt hehe.

I finished a major 1 hour before it was due. Mum rushed me over to the hub as my car was outta fuel, lol.

Been there, done that. My mum drove me in because I was running around like a headless chook and she was afraid I'd have an accident on the way to uni haha.

yeah. i had a major portfolio due once at 5pm.
we finally left home at 4:45.
the trip normally takes half an hour.
we arrived with 1 minute to spare.
mum drove, but how we're both alive, i'll never know.
It's certainly not something i'd condone and i never ever want to do it again.

Lies. :D
Damn your sweet buildings man. Necknock has a relatively new looking building which I was quite surprised by, but it has nothing on the places you've applied for :(

I fully have to practice yoga to get out of those tables without either slamming my chair into the table behind me or my table into the person in front.
Last time I did it one of the old people running the exam was waiting for me to bend twist and pull each leg out. I think she stifled a giggle. Midget hag.

Hahahaha, fucking 'necknock'. You're a whizz with wordz.

Seriously though, i've visited a few buildings, yay. I would like to work in these buildings muchly, those pics are pretty deceptive because those photos are taken from the second top floor, about 30 floors up. But I still have no confirmation on job status thus far. So nice buildings yes, but still no jawbz. Emily 1 Chris 0.

On another note, I just got back from Sydney. Was at a finsia meet at Westpac, long story if you don't know what it is, google. Freaking top floor and everything, felt pretty important. Like I had a massive penis and many girls to admire me and my much money. Got to talk with Paul Clitheroe (the "Money" guy) and an MD from UBS. Made some new friends too, but alas, had no business cards left so they gave me theirs.

Was pretty funny actually. Clitheroe was totally carving up the MD's on the panel from the major IB's, saying "no way would I ever want anyone that works for me doing 100 hours a week, you young guys need to get out and be innovative and create companies..." Basically said that IB's were sapping the talent from the finance industry and 'churning and burning' them before they were 35. Panel was funny to watch whilst he was saying all this, they didn't laugh, they didn't cry. It was like an......awkward truth.

I guess it truly was one of those "had to be there" moments.
