can someone pls tell me how to do these? thanks in advance

1. if I_n = the integral of (a²-x²)ⁿdx betweeen a and 0, show I_n = [(2a²n)/(2n+1)](I_n-1) for n is greater than 1

2. if I_n=integral of (sinⁿx)(cos²x)dx between a and 0 for n is greater than zerp, show I_n=(n-1)/(n+2)I_n-2 ​for n is greater than 2
