can someone pls tell me how to do these? thanks in advance :)

1. if In = the integral of (a2-x2)ndx betweeen a and 0, show In = [(2a2n)/(2n+1)](In-1) for n is greater than 1

2. if In=integral of (sinnx)(cos2x)dx between a and 0 for n is greater than zerp, show In=(n-1)/(n+2)In-2 ​for n is greater than 2
