I just registered for a tutorial for this unit but the lecture is still "Not Enabled".
What does this mean? When can I register for the lecture?

Most units don't expect you to register for a lecture, unless there is limited spacing or the option of either face-to-face and online lecs. Generally speaking though, if it's "not enabled" as dikson said, it means you don't need to register for it, just turn up.
