Just because you fell down once when you were a kid when you tried to walk, did you stop trying to walk?
Just because you couldn't open your first can of coke, did you keep giving it to your father?
Just because you couldn't get a pentakill, did you stop trying?
Just because your parents stopped you from watching porn, did you stop?
Just because you did bad in your trials are you going to not sit your hsc?
Never ever give up.

Hey dont be too down! Your trial marks affect ONLY your internal mark, which is 50% of your Final HSC mark. Ive heard that your aligned examination mark is completely independent of your performance in the trials or any other school assessments. So get to work and dont give up :)

Just doing past papers and going through some things that I have trouble with for maths.
Have 3 out of the 4 essays for English pretty much down, but the last one is speeches so that's going to need work.
Revising all the topics in Ancient over again, same with history extension.
Did not touch Music or English extension, they are my last exams and its basically just having to memorize my essays/notes.

Aside for the core which is Pompeii, I do Sparta for the society, Akhenaten for personality and 18th-19th dynasty Egypt from Amenhotep III to the Death of Ramesses II for historical time period. What about you?

Nice lol

I also do Sparta, Julius Caesar and Augustus

I hope they focus on something significant for Sparta, unlike the CSSA trials lol

Ooh I wished I did those topics :( Ancient Rome is my favorite ancient civilization. Yes so true, it seems that in recent years they have tended to ask questions from the dark little corners of the syllabus everyone forgets about. Last year they asked about Tyrteus, will be funny if they ask about Alcman this year, the other native (well, maybe native) Spartan author. What was the CSSA question on Sparta?
