Basically the Law Course at any institution basically goes through the HSC Syllabus in some regards in 1 semester pretty much. So it's not that big of a deal

I'm thinking they are going to look at the major themes of the course? Especially Continuity and Change. I saw in the marker's guidelines for one year they mentioned it in a question and the candidates fucked it up big time. So maybe that's something that may come up?

Pretty much, I mean only 1% of the candidature of 2008 got a Band 6. They are extremely rare and as such, the people who get these marks should have been doing Advanced in the first place.

As my teacher says (who's one of the head markers @ the Newcastle English centre) it's the quality of responses not quantity.
