    So did I. Then I squatted 150 for 3 sets of 5, benched 90 for two sets of 5 and a set of 9, and did a whole bunch of assistance work.

    Yes, interval training sheds bodyfat. Better than LSD (Long Slow Distance) training. Fuck, this is the kind of thing you could have learned REALLY easily for yourself with 10 minutes of google work.

    You are overthinking things. Just ingest a teaspoon of it every day, I don't care when. I don't get it to dissolve, it's more like suspending it in the last bit of drink by swishing my glass around then drinking that :)

    Have any of you ever had a really bad workout?

    His life isn't quite dedicated to it but he's passionate about it. He's 20 now I think, so it's just junior worlds, but he has been to worlds every year since he was about 17, he set a deadlift record in the 56kg class (200kg or so) when he was 17 in France.
