I'm not a young liberal. Judges should be appointed by merit because they are applying for a job. Fee paying students still have the 'skills' to achieve in their course (or they will fail, remember also that there is only a 5 uai point gap). They are not pushing anyone out of the courses...

Private students also subsidise your education. Private students pay their way through uni, leaving more money for the other students. They also do not take up spaces (tho there may be some lag time). I personally do feel that too much emphasis is put on rank etc, through inadequate testing...

I agree with it, but I would like to know what constitutes a 'scientist', is it someone whom is an expert in the field. Of course also while the abilty to 'decide' should only rest with said experts, anyone should remain the right to comment.
