What do you mean? All religions are 'semi-practiced', people pick and choose what they want to practice and believe. Sure you can take some buddhist philosophy, but i don't think that makes you a buddhist.

There is one race, and they do have different characteristics but every group you would call a different 'race' can be broken up into individual characteristics... There are undeniable differences within what you would call a racial group.

One thing that would be important to note is that it is unlikely that every single law passed will reflect community standards and expectations, because governments are often voted for based on the issues people find most important even if they disagree with other parts of the government's policy.

When people reject the concept that there are races then racism should go away.
