The only thing I can be sure of......I definitely will not get a state rank due to my school's ranking (The only possible thing is if somehow I underestimate my own marking and somehow I did really well in Chemistry).

Oh well. It happens sometimes. I guess maybe your cohort was unlucky. Like for many people who complained that 2U and 4U this year were hard, even though there is still aligning and stuff. Did your mark get aligned up? Also, was the final worth 57% of your course?

Re: HSC 2014 4U Marathon The hardest thing I saw was in this year's paper, and that was still pretty easy (full marks). Also, to do the multiple choice question, you kinda had to know L'Hopital's (I forgot to use this and lost the mark).

The regular bit is what stuffed me up I guess. The only thing I know of is that any polygon's area can be found by cutting them into triangles. I'll give it a little think about and do some trial and error. Maybe I can get something.
