    Polygamy in Australia...

I don't mind the current laws, where if you've entered into a polygamous marriage outside of Australia, all parties are protected in case of divorce. So say in the case of multiple wives, only one wife is counted for tax/govt payment purposes. But all wives are protected equally in case of...

What would you do in such a case?

There's a thing on some morning show about the MTV show 16 and Pregnant. Fuck. It's so stupid. This is what happens when you teach abstinence-only sex ed. This girl doesn't need a baby. She needs a swift abortion and some counselling and some rubbers and a prescription for the pill.

Abort mission! I have other shit to do first. Once I qualify for maternity leave with the DET I'd keep it.

    Sportsgirl - yay or nay?

I find that some seasons I'll walk into a particular store and think I want one of everything, but another season I'll walk in there with money to burn and find nothing.

    Semester 1 Timetables (2010)

If you click "get new timetable" and nothing has changed (i.e. no new classes, you haven't changed your enrolment), your timetable should be the same. But if there's something different, it'll reallocate the whole thing. Basically, the first time you see your timetable you should...

    the pill

My mum always knew I was on the pill for my ex, and when I started up with my current boyfriend she asked quite early on if I'd been to the doctor yet. And as soon as my little sister gets a boyfriend I'm taking her to the GP haha.

The most nerve racking part about starting uni is..

Yeah arts people are tricky. I did arts for a year and didn't make any friends haha. It's rare to have the same classes as someone else. I much prefer primary ed, same people in lots of classes, easy to make friends.

    Parking

Yeah it's impossible to find a free parking space anywhere near uni during the day, and parking at uni is very, very expensive. Broadway is your best bet, they do offer all day student parking for $10 but you are only supposed to park on two levels (although there's no way for them to check...
