Basically means that 'Knowledge' isn't needed, so for example your just extracting data from graphs etc. that they give to you, so all the theory you do in class is 'useless' to an extent, though it does help your skills anyway.

umm Drivers are the software that drives hardware, what do you mean by "starcraft Drivers"? Also I'm not sure if dx11 is officially out yet, I think its still in testing stage right now....
