oh wow, yeh i did some work experience in medical imaging it was quite interersting. 6 years though, wow! I didn't realise it was that long; i thought it was only about 4. Are you from Sydney?
my class numbers are pretty similar to yours; nice & small which i think is definately a positive, although there is a fair bit of independant learning involved. physics - 3, chemistry - 3, english - 3 internally 8 externally (my school does video lessons), maths - 2 internally, 7 externally...
yeh i did much the same for that question, just explained like what the general flow of service was, product knowledge, mis en place etc. half the stuff i talked about was probably irrelevant but i chucked it in anyway :P
yeah i think it might be. i thought it was team because of the delegation part of the question, but i asked my teacher today when we were going through the paper & she said it was time so yeh..
i did the food & beverage question :)
but i think i could have given the commercial cookery question a fair stab, but i didnt bother reading it in the exam as i had been warned by my teacher attempt it & die... what was the first thing she said once i got out;
please say you did the HACCP...
yeh, i thought the exam was pretty good, nothing too tricky. did however run out of time when it came to question 21 which was a shame, but oh well. thank goodness for mind maps & dot points!
What question did most do for 22,23&24?
