how bout external transfers... Say i wanted to transfer from UWS Bachelor of Nursing to UTS's Bachelor of Nursing/International Studies?

is it possible to transfer from UWS to another uni... I wanted to do Bachelor of Nursing/international studies at UTS, but unforatunately i didn't meet the UAI requirements...but if i do Nursing at UWS and later transfer to UTS.... is that possible?
