for the school assessment marks, the majority of it came from project work, which i stuffed up with flying colours. i came 3rd or 4th in the trials, and the since the HSC is an exam, i should do better. hopefully.
here are the assessment marks + rankings:
Math 4U - 76% - 5/31
Math 3U - 81.60% - 11/59
Software D & D - 64.6% - 6/13
Physics - 77% - 12/59
English Adv - 75.25% - 18/57
any help would be great, i think i need to study harder, those figures looks abit low (due to english stuffup :( )...
complex numbers is easier compared to some of the 3 u stuff, we did chap 1 and chap 2 , complex numbers and graphing in the cambridge book, then our teacher decided to finish the rest of the 3u yr 11 work. we are abit behind.
do the old throw tenns ball thing.
one person throws it, the other person catchs it, the time and distance is measured / avereaged.
then just use your 3 equations of motion to find out the rest. like maxium height, speed etc.
this could be just me, but does anyone else think the cambridge is harder than most of the other books? i did the past hsc paper on complex numbers, and their hardest problem is no where near as complex as the cambridge book.
currently i have narrowed it down to 3 choices:
