I have about 6 or 7 people from my year at school going to UNE (either now or deferring) and of the ones going we all got into different colleges, drummond, robb, earl and austin off the top of my head. Should be interesting although i have no idea what the inter-college relationships are like.

well yeah, they do hire the technicians to carry out the configuration (which granted would be complex for such a large network) but still... $100? geez =]

I just meant because all the rooms are already physically connected (afaik) they looked like it when i went in there, so it would only be a configuration issue to get it installed, not actually spending money to get it done

only... =] at least all the pool facilities 'up' there looked pretty nice, as well as the rest of the sports equipment they have

Does anyone know what the monthly download quota is when using the college internet connection? On the tour they were going on about how they never had to worry about it, but never said what it was, and im pretty sure they only used it for their emails... So does anyone know?

I just did my open day on tuesday, the duval college and the one it shares its kitchen with are both pretty good, probly #1 and #2 on my prefs, followed by austin (because i know someone in austin) and then earl page, didnt get a chance to see the rest, but there isnt really much variation...

/me hands it back... Anyway i got into UNE on principals recommendation :D So maybe i can transfer into the CSU course after a semester at UNE (Or however that works)

yeah, our school could apply for CSU or UNE early applications, only about 3 people applied for CSU (just because you had to write why you actually wanted to be there... - which i didnt get accepted for :/ ) but everyone else just put in a UNE application for the hell of it i think

Yeah i know about 5 people that got in from my school (inc me) but only 1 that didn't, im sure there will be more though because almost everyone in my year applied for it (90 ppl about)

Really? I never even knew about the accomodatoin forms until a couple of days ago, and what about all the people waiting for their UAI results, are they meant to reply and spend $30 even if they cant go?
