i love salad. love love love my mum makes this awesome one with avocado, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, and lots of balsamic/olive oil dressing. so perfect. also even just fennel with white balsamic vinegar is amazing. (wait can that even be classed as salad, lol? rocket and balsamic is always win.
