    My Bio teacher told us that there will be more multiple choice questions. But I haven't heard of the new syllabus..... which means..... are they going to learn easier stuff because when you compare NSW's education standard to other states.....

    How much do you study?

    Homework+Assignment+study (self study + study for assessment) is less than 4 hours a day. So I would say about 2-3 hours per day for me. :)

    Edit: the Surfing texts for Bio is also extremely useful, so you can try that as well! :)

    For Biology, get Biology in Focus, Jacaranda as textbooks and for Biology study guide, use Dot Point Bio prelim. (don't bother buying those study guides like Excel, the information is too brief IMO). Not sure about other subjects but good luck with studying! :)

    Maybe 11 Units?? :lol: But like Namu said, it depends on different people. If you're confident enough, you dun need any back-ups.

    You should spend more time on Maths then. I'm sure that anyone can ace through any of their subjects, depends on how many works they put in and understanding them. Some people maybe really good at maths and 1 hour of extra work maybe enough. however, some other people may need 2 or more hours of...

    But you need to know the stuff from the basic too. But if you know them already, like 2U/3U stuff, maybe you won't need that book. But still, there's way more practice questions for you to do!! :)

    Haha, I thought you're talking about the questions at first.... but I realised it's the size of the book. I've bought the latest verision (which has a cd inside) it's really light and tiny! I think they're changed every Cambridge book to the thin and lighter version. :)

    Hey there, If I were you, I would do the following: 1. Find out all of your mistakes. Where did you went wrong (which topics)? Did you understand the concepts? 2. If you do know all of the above, then try doing more questions, different typrs, different styles or even some examination type...

    Because, I think the books were published by the author's own company..... Oh well, they'll just be the same anyways, the same team writing them up I suppose. Makes no different for us. :D Btw, good luck with your up coming exam! :)
