It stands for One True Pairing. ;)
There's a theory about her that's tied in with Ginny. There's an idea that Ginny is a "seer" and Luna is a spirit, which is something that seers always have around them. I actually read an essay on this, so it makes sense in a way. :p JKR doesn't actually...
So not telling which movie I'm using. :p *saves it all for herself* Actually, nah, a lot of people probably do it.
I am using Seneca's Thyestes though. I absolutely love that play. Everyone will of course be refering to Hamlet...
And I haven't really picked anything else yet.
That's pretty interesting. Hmm. Lol, there's just so many theories on HP. :D
Btw, Harry/Draco = OTP.
Anybody else think that Sirius and Remus are a couple in the books?
Have any of you guys been to JK's official site? She's changed it all around now:
www.jkrowling.net
It's pretty good. :)
And stop with the pics of Dan! Gah! *is so going to hell*
Me too. :p
I don't do maths. :D
I do 4U Eng., Ext. His., Mod. His., Anc. His., SAC, and Legal Studies. So yeah, essays galore for my HSC.
And we're doing Shelter and Family Law. Joy.
Ack, don't freak out. I haven't started either, but I'm not worried.
Just know that where any of your research is lacking, just stuff that part full of SAC terminology and your "own deductions" based on the concepts and all will be fine.
I would say that it's good if you start writing...
I think that's pretty interesting...
The thing with belief systems is that you're looking at it - like with all of SAC - from the perspective of a "social and cultural researcher". What I mean is, if you don't start expressing that your personal views are those of the KKK or go into arguments...
I'm actually quite annoyed by the fact that Ancient History can get scaled down. I mean, I think out of all the subjects that I do, AH has the most amount of coursework and things we have to remember and study.
I really like the subject, just sucks that it doesn't get the recognition for just...
Ack, I've been all annoyed at my lack of wittiness in my titles too. Since I'm using two films I thought that I'd draw from those (which isn't that hard to do), but every time that I try and think of something that works, a Shakespeare quote pops into my head.
They're good quotes to use, but...
Meh, I only started mine today. Thing is, the minute you write down one word, you've technically started, so just do that. :p Then if your teacher asks, you won't be lying.
*looks innocent*
Erm, 300 words at this point?
*looks sheepish* I'm not too worried though. Or maybe this hysterical laughter is showing that I should be...
Like grk_styl, I think I'm going to go for the 4, 500/1, 500 word split.
:D I just started writing my first draft today and am on 300 words. I think I just about beat most of the people here. *preens*
Ack, we are all so lazy.
PS. I'm sorry to hear that, Katy. The only reason I haven't dropped it yet is because I'm stubborn as hell, but I would have... *tries...
Heh. With his gay lover no less. Augustus must've looked up to him. ;) I mean, Julius Ceaser did.
Makes him so much more loveable, no? Alexander that is. What was the name of his lover again?
Can't decide whether I'm happy I missed that movie, or should be upset over it... meh. Any Johnny is good Johnny. :D
As such, I'd love to hop on board! 'Cept, I can't think of a position. *scratches head*
Mr. Osama - love your icon.
Oh this movie was just soooo bad. I figured hey if it's got Angelina Jolie, Ethan Hawke and Keifer Sutherland, it's got to be good, right? Jesus I was wrong.
*sporks memory of it*
But yes, Ethan looked hawt.
