6 meals a day breakfast---2-3 fried eggs with wholemeal bread(prefarably multigrain) school recess--- chicken sandwitch or lean beef burger (pref multigrain bread) school lunch---- fruits and yougurt when i get home....bout 4----big meal....spegetti, lasagne, or roast, or a kebab...

i would go with 08ers comment. and definatly dont shower right after....change of tempreture is hazardous...dont know why, but have experienced it.....id say rest for liek an hour and den shower.....or less...just get used to ur home temp....

hahaha same story here! ddnt wrkout cuz of schhool cert, and now that its over, i went to ninjitsu training and did like bout 50 crunches (diff then the regular ones, a bit more "explosive") and i did only 50....2 days later im still sore....normally inseason i could go for about 250 crunches...
