I actually thought the exam was quite easy. Way easier than the CSSA trial. I'm reasonably happy with my efforts. But good luck to everyone with their results and remaining exams!

I usually do multiple choice first because sometimes you can use information and statistics from answers for the extended response questions.

I'm feeling fairly confident but multiple choice is the part I hate. I prefer the extended response questions. Good luck to everyone though!

Well either way I'm confident that I know enough about the Ottawa Charter and the Jakarta Declaration.

Why is that? Does the syllabus emphasise the ottawa charter more than the jakarta declaration?

The jakarta declaration is in the syllabus isnt it? So therefore its possible a question can be asked on it. I personally hope that there is a question on it as I've done a bit of work on it and I know most people haven't. But we shall know by next friday!

athletes have specific diets to meet their training and competition needs. Also think about pre, during and post competition meals.

Hey my teacher said they can't ask you extended response questions on asthma but they can ask about asthma in the multiple choice. Asthma comes into the syllabus next year. Best of luck everyone with the HSC!
