i chose the navy in the end..where u can leave whenever u want. anyway yeh the army u have to stay a minumum then leave after that dealine ur set in for the rest of the year. the YOU session(isnt it JOES btw:S) is easy but long asssss so bring a book or sumthin..best of luck!!

hey peeps! just did the assesment day...and boy wat that quick got there like 8am and by 10am they were telling me about my enlistment. so yeh i got in! yay! anyways who else here has had a repsonse...i leave in feb btw

the euro is not that bad...in fact its 1 EURO = 1.6 Aussie dollars, so its not as bad as it sounds. doesnt matter where u exchange just depends on the rate. wen in london def buy a transport ticket as there is no way u can jsut ride the metro for free like u can in rome.....or even athens...

well the gap year goes for 12 months(with the exception of pulling out of the navy/air force at any time- u can do that with the army but the deadlines are more strict) depending on the type he has gone to he will prob be in victoria...only the army is in nsw. im pretty sure u will be able to...
