The prerequisite for adv level maths subjects is maths ext-2. However, you can still enrol into these subjects without having done maths ext-2 by applying for special permission (the pink form). If you did maths ext-2 then you should be able to enrol without the form.

I think so. I attended last year and made lots of new friends who are doing the same subjects and share lectures/labs/tutorials with me. The students are divided into small groups of 6-8 depending on their nominated area of interest. There are lots of fun activities and it's a great opportunity...

That's fair enough. Plus if you do well in normal level maths in semester 1, you can always change to advanced level next semester (I think you need credit or better). Remember to come to the science transition workshop!
