If you constantly have bad period pain everytime you get your period, I know two of my friends have gone to the doctor and they've had an ultrasound and stuff to see whats wrong. The doctor prescribed them something to help stop the pain and they take it whenever they have their period...

I'm doing FT and IPT too! But im keeping IPT....and considering dropping FT or ext eng... FT coz its soo much content and it doesnt even scale that well... ext eng because i suck at it :(

I second the Nivea Lip Balm. :) It adds colour without being too glossy, but unlike lipstick, it doesnt dry out your lips. You're left with that smooth feeling that you get when you use a glossy lipgloss.

When you approach each other for a hug, put your arms over hers and pull her in, allowing her to put her arms under yours so she is hugging your torso. :) If it's just a friendly hug, don't try anything. They might never hug you again or you'll get a rep for being a groper. Ahahaha. :P
