I'm thinking of spending a day at uni taking pictures every hour of the same location to create a time lapse wallpaper for my linux machine. Obvious ideas include the walkway and the library lawn. Does any one have any good ideas of locations that would be good for this sort of thing?

some places don't open, but the library (and its study rooms) is definitely open throughout the mid sem break. Check their website for details.

rumours are rumours. It would make sense either way seeing they have all the apps, they just need an OS to bind it all together. Then they basically own the world. google uses their own version of ubuntu on their machines anyway.
