Firstly go to the UAC website and follow the instructions to accept the conditional offer.

Don't worry just accept the conditional offer as you already surpassed the minimum standard set by UTS in the conditional offer.

OP Its not the end if you want to study in Sydney then you can apply for a pathway Diploma course at UTS Insearch or The College at Western Sydney University study hard at the Diploma level and get into the bachelor degree you want to do at either UTS or Western Sydney University.
