K bumping this up: My PTRL courses for last semester (3rd year 2nd semester) actually had some scaling involved to my surprise. On the other hand: MATH2121 - No scaling, sum of your raw marks; MATH3821 - Didn't scale up a lot iirc.

This is quite good - if you're proficient at Hokkien (Singaporean/Malaysian version though).

MATH2221 is the harder version, 2121 is just the ordinary one. 2120 was the 3UOC equivalent of ordinary DEs before they made it 6 UOC.
