No. We learnt them in 3 unit. Either way, you can derive them yourself. Say x = acosnt v = -nasinnt a = -n2acosnt But the maximum/minimum that sinnt or cosnt can be is 1 or -1 So the max v occurs with sinnt = -1, therefore max v = na And the max a occurs with cosnt = -1, therefore max a = n2a

You had to use the formula max velocity = na and max acceleration = n2a and from there it was easy

The main reason people do it is because if a page fell out somehow, then they can still mark it, while if you dont write your number theres nothing they can do. The chances of a page falling out are pretty slim, so I wouldnt worry if I were you. You wont lose marks. How'd you find the exam btw?

That poll's not a fair poll. Generally people on BOS tend to do better than the average, as they often tend to be the more conciencous students. Kids who dont care about the HSC and fail most of their exams are unlikely to be on here.

Yeah because alignmentwise, 70 is a below average mark, which gives you a below average UAI (50). If you got 70 raw it would be higher than 70 after alignment
