Giving false hope is pretty dog, and clearly OP is in the lower third of his cohort which means he/she is below 90 with a couple of subjects that scale like crap. A 92 means that you need at least a few band 6's which might not happen for OP.
PS: Sorry if i offended you tho, i'm just trying to...
Then where did you get 92 from? There are quite a lot of other threads that you estimate which are uneducated and a lot of the times, way off. Seriously, giving estimates without knowing the school cohort is pretty dodgy.
Need external estimates but here I go:
Your english ranks are very good and scale well, you do well scaled subjects and you rank very well in most of them. But for a school rank of 190, it is pretty hard to estimate accurately but i'll say you're at about 96 if you got 75% raw or more in all...
I would not trust anything that Adrita says... every estimate from her is off by a fair bit, probably due to the fact that she just guesses and not actually researching the school rank cohort.
Back to estimates, it is pretty well known that the median atar of a rank 50 school is 88-90 so based...
School rank: 70 (2012)
General Math: 40/62 - Raw Estimate 50%
Advanced Eng: 80/111 - Raw Estimate 75%
Music 2: 7/19 - Raw Estimate 85%
Music Ext: =1/14 - Raw Estimate 98% (49/50)
Modern History: 30/58 - Raw Estimate 65%
Business Studies: 31/57 - Raw Estimate 60%
What am I looking at?
School Rank: 68-74
These are my trial marks:
Business Studies: 32/57 - 65% average
English Advanced: 70/102 -60% average
General Maths: 39/76 -55% average
Modern History: 27/61 - 60% average
Music 2: 4/18 - 70% average
Music ext: 2/14 - 96% average
Want to get 85+, what are the...
School rank: 72
English Adv: 80/110
Gen Maths: 39/64
Music 2: 4/18
Music Ext: 2/13
Modern History: 29/62
Business Studies: 35/52
I need 83 atar for the course i want.
Also, what could my atar be if i do get a strong band 5-6 external performance?
