Thanks guys i'll reconsider my options now. I really hate the idea of a scribe since i rejected it during the last assessment and opted to type with one hand instead because of that idea. I'll probably focus on my humanities and english until i can write for maths again and just hardcore that...
I understand what you mean but as Tambam said, it doesnt mean my hand will completely be healed in the aspect of prolonged periods of writing during the HSC etc. I'm more concerned however over my maths and my inability to do any for a very long time.

Hi guys. I fractured my writing hand a few days ago and the doctor said it will take around 3 weeks -> 6 weeks to heal. Should i apply for anything to do with special provisions? o.O knowing that the injury could last to 6 weeks and that the HSC is basically 1 week after that. Actually a better...

Yeah loads of competition in our school but everyone still helps but when it comes to notes and stuff, you're expected not to ask people for them until after trials LOL.
Depends how familiar you are with the formulas / key points. If you're not then you should revise them but if you're in the exam then yeah write them out. Don't want to make silly mistakes now do you lol.

LOL after reading this entire thread I'm a bit worried now ._. Although I have made out bits i should revise so i guess thats a bit of an advantage to my side. :) MUST DO WELL.
You gotta remember that they expect an average person to do it in 35 minutes. Our teacher even said to us that we should spent a max of 15 minutes on economics multiple choice and leave enough time for short answers so we get one hour each for the essay responses, which i did do LOL.
