Well done, bro! The HSC never defines you as a person, and is absolutely no reliable indicator of your true inner ability. For me, the best way to overcome my (many) failures is to leave the past in the past, and go conquer the future. Too much worrying over 'what I could have been' takes time...
Yeah, of course its not fair!...or very ethical, for that matter... :(
But does the CSSA not regulate when the exams must be done or anything? Or do teachers just turn a blind eye to this site?!?!
WHAT?? Surely they do all the CSSA exams on one day, and the Independant on one day?? they have got to?!?! Right? Otherwise, we can easily collaborate to give each other the exact questions for pretty much all of the exams, right? RIGHT? hehe if they weren't, i could be making big $$ with these...
Family:
1. "To what extent does the legal system provide justice for victims of domestic crimes?"
2. "Evaluate the role of the law in recognising and protecting members of alternative family relationships."
World Order:
1. "To what extent have legal measures responded to regional and global...
Crime: "To what extent do domestic and international measures effectively deal with international crime?"
I guess the question isn't very hard, but the fact that I had not studied that section at all didn't help... :)
Do you want your SIII option questions as well?
EDIT: it helps to type the...
Uhhh. Not lovin it!! Multi-choice way harder than usual, crime question threw me. We haven't finished the course yet so we did two both consumer questions instead of one and our other option, workplace. One was ok... the other :( dunno what to expect for this one!!
My revenge shall be seen in...
Todays: great!
Tomorrows: I hope it kills fast.
Loved S1 & S2 today, but I was very unprepared for S3... I hope the markers favour my detailed pages of planning :)
Examine, I really can't thank you enough! Your Legal Studies notes are wonderful, worth far more than what you are asking! You must have spent a lot of time developing & refining them! Well done with your awesome LS and BS mark...
Actually, at the start of year 12, I had aimed to get 98%+ as my...
Whilst we are on the go... what are everyone else's school policies about assessments? We have:
- Can stay home 5 days before an assessment is due or exam is on
- instant zero for late assessments
- Illness & Misadventure form has to be filled out for late assessments or other breaches
What...
Yeah, absolutely - just being stupid! Its by far best to try and memorize the names of the most important cases relevant to each topic, but you don't need to go to the extent of remembering a whole encyclopedia of cases for the whole course - just a few important cases to back up and add...
Hey, thanks very much! :)
Yes, I was thinking more along the lines of compliance and non-compliance in relation to businesses/manufacturers, but was wondering if there was something I had overlooked!
Whilst we are on the go... the question I am doing at the moment is "Assess how compliance and...

Scroll down the side thingy to Q18a, sample 3 of B1/2... it was actually 'Stevenson v the Bottleshop', not John. Incredibly cohesive and well-written response... perhaps i should rote learn it?! :)
One of the syllabus T/Cs for consumers is 'issues of compliance and non-compliance', which - shock horror - is a favorite for exam committees as the basis for a 25 mark essay.
Can anyone here define who this generally concerns? i.e., the businesses/manufacturers, or mainly the consumer? It is...
