3u maths - im using the cambridge prelim 3u book, it looks better and is separated to diff parts in each exercise unlike my friend's ones which are pretty basic chem - im using conquering chemistry by roland smith 3rd edition. not sure if its good but its really compact and small :)

Hey guys. Just asking around for advice. What are your study routines in year 11? Should i take it easier this year and go hard next year? Or consistently study, write an essay an hour etc :)

im doin music right now and its a blast. every lesson there is a prac of some sort and we can play with any instrument we choose. I also heard that its not too hard to achieve band 6 in music with proper study. my friends have also been complaining about how boring modern/ancient history is...

yeah xtensions fun. our teacher goes through all the texts thoroughly. weve got 3 ext1 eng classes with abt 16 people each.

OMG do not do IPT. I completed the accelerated IPT course (same as hsc ipt but starts from year 9 - 10) and it is SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO BOOOOOOOORRRIINNNNNNNG. there is barely any technology within the course at all. it is just Information Technology and Processes minus the Information...

nah ill really take em to dinner. im sure there wont be that many gettin 99+. and tetsuyas isnt so expensive (only abt $100+ a head) which is nothing by the time i get a job

lol we learnt this in class too, though the examples our teacher gave werent ambiguous like the air and water example

study periods usually result in waste of time unless ur committed to work. id rather listen to the teachers and follow their tasks / take notes etc etc

lol. it is quite hard to achieve anyway. I really will take them out to dinner though ;)
