Otherwise, you can try asking for an appointment with an academic advisor/degree planner to help go over your situation. You may need permission from the Pro Dean to exceed degree resolutions, but with some coersion it isn't too difficult.

Just do what you want. Psych has a demanding enough course load and structured degree program that you want to do something you find fun and enjoyable on the side. Maybe try out some new things like Gender Studies or Philosophy of Film Studies or something.
