its because the behavioural management theory has team structures,flat management structures and rewards. if u have rewards and these team structures u reduce the resistance to change within a business because there is better communication. Also teh participative/democratic leadership style...

cafs- i dropped it like 2 weeks after prelim course started.. its easy and it scales like shit as well.. i wouldnt recommend it... but check the exam paper for it..if ur interested?

legal involves alot of research .. .. you cant limit ur knowledge to whats in the textbook..its essential you are up to date with things happening in the media (cases and law changes etc) and yeah essays sigh ..alot for me! i just finished one 5 mins ago lol.
