i think people have been misusing hair serum, you only need small amount of serum for your hair even for thick hair, you dab some onto your hand and rub/massage through your hair, you're not meant to use "copious amounts" of hair serum. Serum is sticky so there's still some on your hands, so...

um.. use hair serum to reduce the fizz :P

yeh i do, it's better. You can't say it won't "damage" your hair but it won't damage/dry as much. I reckon it's the way you use your hair straightener and how well u look after your hair. You can still have healthy looking hair even you've been straightening it :p
