I agree with mirakon, if you are willing to commit the hours for extension 2, believe me, you will reap the benefits. if not keep PDHPE.

I absolutely agree with you. You can't let other people waste your time and effort ( eg. borrowing of essays, help via social networking sites) By all means help everyone, but when that help interferes with your own study and possble jeapardizes your future, then thats when the line is drawn...
