    Youth Allowance Eligibility

That's bizarre. Normally you get buried under a mountain of paperwork. I had to fill in forms, plus a third party testifying to the situation, plus my dad had to fil in papers telling the sit and how I can't live at home because I am at risk of severe physical harm from him and my mother blah...

    gender roles

You're going to HAVE to do laundry, you're home during the day when it needs to dry. By the time the wife came home it would be too late to put a load on.

And you idiot, if you're on paternity leave and she's working, of course you're going to have to clean. edit: b10

    gender roles

Any woman I know who would be worth marrying still would have no respect for a man who won't clean.

    gender roles

Your marriage would end very quickly in divorce if you refuse to clean, and then are never home as you're working overtime to fund a cleaner instead. You're going to have to learn to clean up after yourself when you move out of home anyway. No one likes it, it's a fact of life, grow up.

What's wrong with being an 18 year old virgin?

Yes, but you don't have to choose to get married to love someone for who they are. Having sex before marriage does not necessarily constitute a rash decision. I waited until I was in love before I lost my virginity. Even if you decide on the spur of the moment, even with someone you don't care...

It depends what subjects she pick, haha! The School of Molecular Bioscience (holy crap, I just checked and they've changed the name since I was last on the page!!!) tend to have long labs, but they do this so they can hold them fortnightly instead of weekly. So it's not tooo bad. :)

What's wrong with being an 18 year old virgin?

Really loving someone for who they are as a person is a very good reason for making the relationship physical as well. It doesn't have to be one or the other, you know. :)

    Youth Allowance Eligibility

Obviously that's a different case if you'd have to move out at 16, there would be significant reasons for that. Otherwise, especially once you're over 18, definately not. You get nada. And no it's not, it's a pain in the arse to prove it and they normally say no. You only get a social worker...
