I'm not talking about any of those points, I am aware of all that. But if you look at most the responses in this thread, and indeed most people I talk to, they think they women and men are paid the same for the same jobs. It's sadly just not the case.

Thank you Sarah, exactly. It makes me furious when people say there is equality now and stop going on about it. Women are not being paid the same for EXACTLY the same job, with EXACTLY the same education and experience. I do not know why everyone chooses to ignore this.
